«Would definitely recommend. The Midge is a super cute cabin. It was very clean and the fire pit was a definite plus. With the porch lights off you can see a gazillion stars. No views like that in the city. The walking trails are great and go right by the river and its always fun to ride up to the dam where it feels like you're on top of the world. May stay here again on my next visit home.»

«My family and I booked this cabin for our snow tubing trip in March, 2026. The cabin is in such a pleasant area. Its close to everything but yet completely tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, and cozy. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor hanging lights which lights up the outdoor area beautifully. «We had the best little stay at this adorable cabin! We had two families, 4 kids (ages 10-13) and they loved the loft area. The bottom level bed was SO comfy, kitchen fully stocked and plenty of available towels. Easy navigation to Beech Mountain resort for skiing, great iced lattes at First Chair Coffee Shop and yummy family dinners at both Famous Brick Oven Pizza (kids loved the arcade and ice cream) and Bullwinkels (great pasta and sammies!).
