This spacious summer house of 149 m² provides a solid setting for holidays with a large family or several generations. With four bedrooms, an alcove and a loft, there are a total of ten sleeping places, arranged so that both togetherness and privacy can function naturally.



The house was completely renovated in 2023 and appears inviting, with a strong focus on comfort and functionality. The kitchen and living room flow naturally together, offering space for shared meals, games and relaxed evenings after the day’s experiences.



There are two bathrooms featuring a whirlpool bath and an enclosed massage shower, allowing for recovery and relaxation whether the day has been spent at the beach, in nature or enjoying activities.



The activity room is a natural gathering point with both pool billiards and table football. There is room for fun across generations, while others can retreat to the living room or the outdoor areas.



Outside, the house is privately situated with views of its own forest, which can be freely enjoyed during the stay. There is also access to an outdoor spa, where the day can be rounded off in peaceful surroundings. Guests also have access to the swimming centre in Skærbæk, offering additional options – especially for families with children.



The area around the summer house offers some of Rømø’s most sought-after holiday qualities. Lakolk Beach is just a few kilometres away and provides excellent opportunities for beach life, kite flying and long walks along the sand. The island’s open landscapes, the unique nature of the Wadden Sea and its rich wildlife make the area suitable for both active holidays and quiet relaxation. There are good cycling routes, local eateries and plenty of space to enjoy nature at a pace everyone can appreciate. Note: Not for commercial rental.
