«Pros: Not a 4 or 5 star type of hotel, but it’s a very nice 3 star place with a small, but full kitchen including a full sized refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and stove top with pots, pans, etc. Also, BBQs to use around the complex. Clean and warm indoor swimming pool and hot jacuzzi. Helpful staff. On site washer and dryer (did not use) which maybe free or charged to your room. Location is next to Big Bear Lake. Nice bath towels, washing liquids, and decent pool towels. Free WiFi ...

«The view from the room is by far the most beautiful aspect of this hotel, it’s gorgeous! The room wasn’t shabby either, the modern gold finishes, warm woods and textures used throughout, is so inviting. The staff was cheerful and welcoming. My only criticism was that the bedding was FIRM. Even still, can’t wait to visit again in the warm weather to use the beach and sauna. »
