«turtles were amazing and a great experience overall! had no hot water. I understand there is no electricity but why not put a barrel on top of the building and paint it black? Also had no choice when to leave the place but with a 10am boat which was early given the overnight search for turtles, would have been nice to stay longer, the place is nice and peaceful.»

«Our stay for our family of 4 at Aninga Lodge was fantastic. The room was clean and convenient. We spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids, they loved it, especially when the monkeys and toucans were hanging out in the trees. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The only downside we found was the transportation between the hotel and Tortuguero town. There is a boat provided for the hotel every few hours, but it isn't often enough to be convenient.
