Our Rio Marina apartment is part of a private property divided into four total apartments. It enjoys a splendid sea view and the area where it is located is very quiet but just a few minutes from the center and the beaches.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

This three-room apartment enjoys a splendid sea view, in fact it is also equipped, in addition to the large living room surrounded by windows, with a terrace equipped for eating in the open air with a wonderful panorama that opens onto the horizon. The apartment is spread over two floors. The upper floor is composed of a bright living room with sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower, the lower floor, connected by an internal staircase, houses a double bedroom and one with bunk beds, accessed via a French window from the double bedroom. to an outdoor area equipped with deckchairs. The ground floor also has a small but complete bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.

Important Notes:
- minimum age for check-in is 21 years (aimed at groups of guys, family welcome)
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- small pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of 30 euros
- deposit (mandatory): 500.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
