Bagnaia, in addition to offering breathtaking views, is one of the best equipped beaches on the island of Elba thanks to the numerous services offered: sailing school, bars, restaurants and the bathing establishment with the possibility of renting umbrellas and deck chairs.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Nice two-room apartment consisting of a living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, bathroom with shower cabin and a comfortable double bedroom. Outside there is an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs ideal for relaxing and eating in company.

Important Notes:

- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
