«Wonderful place to stay. It is in a rural setting over looking the lake. It was fun to stay right at the brewery. Lots of wildlife hanging out in the area. Food was very good. The owner was around and very friendly. He even joined us for breakfast to continue to have a conversation. Highly recommend staying here»

«Super belle expérience. Pas trop loin de la civilisation et Rio Celeste (15 minutes) pour une tranquillité parfaite. Les douches sont superbes et il y a tout pour cuisiner et passer un bon moment en famille. Le chemin d'accès est très abrupte et nécessite un 4x4 ou SUV, nous avons eu une crevaison.»

«I can't say enough for what a great time we had at Kakao Lodge. I was skeptical at first since I usually like staying in my chain hotels that provide all the normal American comforts. But after staying here, my mind has totally changed. You can't describe how awesome it is to be able to see a half dozen different species of exotic frogs at night, or a sloth while eating breakfast, or tropic birds singing to you in the morning. And don't forget about breakfast. Everyday, we had homemade to order ...

«The owner was very friendly and answered all my questions over WhatsApp leading up to check in. He went above and beyond and left us some food when we checked in at 9pm after a long travel day. The view was spectacular and the room was clean. »
