«Recently refurbished so that was nice . We thought all the staff were really friendly and professional to both humans and dogs . It was nice that the team at the hotel all pulled together , conversed with the guests and looked good in their uniforms. We have no qualms about saying Book ! you will love it - its a very welcoming place in the middle of the forest.

«Fabulous stay - loved it!
Breakfast hamper was absolutely wonderful, though we couldn’t eat it all.
Plenty of parking. Key code entry gives more flexibility as to arrival times, which suited us as we were spending the day and having dinner with friends so didn’t arrive till late.
Brilliant one night break, will return without a doubt, and have already recommended to friends.»

«I will be looking forward to coming back again in the future.
All the staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much for them.
You were left feeling like you were visiting family (in the all the best ways).
The food was utterly superb. Nothing was pretentious, it was good portions and so flavourful. I really really can't remember when I last had a meal that good!
The atmosphere overall was bubbling and warm. Everyone around me all seemed to be having a really positive experience ...
