Enjoy the The Art Walk on Thursday evenings with live music, local venders selling art, jewelry, paintings, and so much more. Rincón also offers beautiful beaches for relaxing or surfing, along with gorgeous sunsets due the location on the west coast of the island.

The home spaces include two bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and dining area, cozy front balcony, back patio space with two hammocks and the washer/dryer, and garage area containing an outdoor shower and room to park your vehicle if you like. This property is well equipped for all you will need to have a spectacular time in Rincón. The first bedroom has a full-size bed, the second bedroom contains a bunkbed with two twin-size beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee-maker, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, and cooking basics.

Parking: The property can accommodate two vehicles. Typically, one vehicle can park in driveway, outside of the garage, or in the garage if you prefer. A second vehicle can be parallel-parked on the street front of the house, or in the driveway outside of the garage if there is a vehicle

IMPORTANT - Solar Power back-up system: In the event the grid (Luma) power goes out, we will notify you immediately. If the grid power goes out, the Tesla battery and/or real-time solar energy (only during the day, and if it is sunny) will automatically provide back-up power to the home. However, you will not be able to run the AC’s throughout the night, and you should also refrain from cooking on the stove or using hot water, as all of those systems utilize a high amount of electric energy and will quickly drain the battery. The objective of the back-up system is to ensure that your basic needs are always covered, which include the refrigerator, lights, and fans.
