Casa D'Palma-steps to Sandy Beach!

Welcome to Casa D'Palma! Come see beautiful Rincon, stay with your entire extended family/friends while having just enough privacy for your immediate group.

Casa D'Palma is 10 bedrooms total and consists of 5 separate units keeping you close to your travel group, but providing you the space you need when you need it. Boasting a huge swimming pool, large enough to enjoy with your entire group the property is sure to please from grandparents to grand kids. Cook on the grill or retire to your preferred unit to use one of the 5 kitchens provided. Wander around the spacious, meticulously landscaped yard and get lost in the nature beautiful Puerto Rico is known for. Providing a huge yard with a large grassy area for the kids to run and the eyes to delight, feel free to escape in the beauty of the moment.

The complex is 4 floors total and is separated into 5 units.
First floor (2 units)
-2 bdrm, 1 bath w kitchen (Queen palm)
-Studio, kitchenette (Butia palm)

Second floor (2 units)
-2 bedroom, 1 bath 1 kitchen (Coco palm)
-2 bedroom, 1 bath 1 kitchen (Palmetto palm)

Third floor and fourth floor (1 unit, Royal Palm)
-3 bedrooms, 3 bath with a Murphy bed and state of the art kitchen

this house was awesome. i was able to comfortably accommodate 12 people. Pool was big and clean, location is great - just a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant. If you’re looking to go to Rincon with a big group, this is the spot to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! Our group of 15 fit comfortably in the space, and everyone had an amazing time. The pool and views were simply breathtaking — the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Puerto Rico. We were thrilled to be within walking distance to a gorgeous swimming beach, and just a quick 10-minute drive to all the excitement of downtown. This Vrbo was truly beautiful and made our trip to Puerto Rico even more special. Highly recommend!

Best Family Vacation Ever

All 17 of us had a delightful time at Casa D’Palma. The pool was fabulous and the beach just a short walk away. The little village along the beach was fun. We ate at all the restaurants and visited souvenir shops. The house was spectacular even better than the pictures. We will be back. Thank you Ryan and Erica for your kind attention and help to make our stay perfect

Beautiful property

Ryan and Erica were great communicators! Very quick to respond and to met whatever needs we had. We had 4 families staying here and with five separate units it was an excellent way to have your own space when needed. The pool was excellent for the kids. After every outing and adventure the kids would be right into the pool for hours. The only downside was that the grill was exceptionally small for such a large space. We had to do multiple batches of whatever protein we were grilling. We're cooks thereforewe utilized the kitchen areas. That being said every individual unit has their own bathroom,kitchen,stove and range.

Wonderful Villa

Amazing house

We had a great stay at Casa D'Palma. The set-up of the house was perfect for our group because it allowed everyone to have some of their own private space while also having gathering spaces that were large enough for everyone to be together for meals and hanging out. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen gear and things you will need for the beach and pool. The host was very responsive to our requests for assistance with issues. We would definitely visit again!

Casa De Palma

Myself and a group of 12 friends and family stayed the first week of April 2024. We all had an amazing time. The house and neighborhood were amazing, exactly as advertised. Beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The management team was excellent and made everything seamless. I highly recommend for larger groups!!!

The Best Place For A Large Group and Close to everything worthy in Rincón.

This was our second time at Casa D’Palma and it delivered yet again. Erika and Ryan have this house down pat. The lounges by the pool and roof top seating for all is a huge addition to the house. Everything is neat and tidy. The location is excellent for going out at night without a car or with, sending the teenagers to the beach or to Jake’s in the morning for smoothies and the taco truck isn’t too much of a walk either if you want to take in the neighborhood by foot. The other side of town is minutes away. If you have a large group this is a must! The best of both worlds- beach and pool! The house is stocked with cooking utensils, a few small coolers, beach chairs and towels and plenty of beds to accommodate different sleeping arrangements. Erika and Ryan are awesome to work with- reliable and easily accessible if you need them. We will be back!

Wedding Vacation

We ended up having a last minute change in venues for our wedding four months before the date, both to house family as well as to throw the wedding which as anyone knows can make things a bit nerve-wracking. Ryan and his team were incredibly accommodating in every possible way, from suggesting a planner to making sure we had everything we needed in the house to ensure the whole week with the family would be an incredible experience. If you're looking to travel with a group, this is the place to do it. There is no shortage of beautiful areas in the house to sit and relax outside of the beautiful pool and outdoor oasis, and this doesn't even begin to cover the beach a LESS than five minute walk down the hill where fresh green coconuts lay scattered across the sands as you watch the waves rip through the surf. Members of the family were apprehensive (the older aunts and uncles) and there were last minute additions who finally confirmed to meet our original number for our booking, but once all was said and done and we all sat on the beautiful rooftop under the stars listening to the coquis chirp, they all were already gushing about how family trips in January were going to be booked at this property and how relaxed it helped them to feel. Ryan and team, we can't thank you guys enough for the wonderful property you have put together and how you could take a multi-story and "unit" house and make it feel like a home away from home. We can't wait to be back!

Great house for a big group

We had an amazing time staying in Casa D’Palma. We were a group of several families with kids, mostly preteens and teens. The house is spacious, the kitchen is perfectly stocked including spices, the pool and the grounds are gorgeous and feel very private. The location cannot be beat - we walked to the beach every morning and there was a great place to get good coffee and a healthy smoothie on the way there. Communication with Erica and Ryan was prompt, courteous and very friendly, they made us feel welcome. We would love to come back again. Thank you!

Absolutely Fantastic!!!

We stayed here with a group of 19 (16 adults / 3 children). It accommodated everything we needed. The house and grounds are beautiful. The pool is wonderful. We all loved hanging out on the roof top terrace. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house and would definitely return. We had a couple AC units that weren’t working, I called Erica and she had someone out right away and had them running. Excellent customer service! Thank you so much Ryan and Erica for everything!

Steps from Sandy Beach, Rincon, PR

We are a group of 10 women escaping the winter weather for a tropical vacation. We loved the roominess of Casa d’Palma. We each had our own queen or king sized bed with no more than 2 people per bathroom. The waves were calm while we were there so we were able to spend a lot of time floating around in the ocean (we’re not surfers). We were pleasantly surprised how close the house is to the beach (5 minute walk). We took most of our meals at the house (kitchen facilities and supplies were well above average) and the view of the ocean from the rooftop deck and huge pool were amazing. We had dinner at Casa Islena on our last night, which was delicious. We’re already talking about coming back with our spouses. Will definitely stay at Casa d’Palma again!

Awesome House

We loved the house and the town!! We had a group of 19 people with 9 teenagers. Everyone was comfortable and had their own private space. We had a few minor issues with one of the air conditioners and the propane grill that were taken care of almost immediately!! We have all talked about coming back to Rincon and stay at Casa D Palma again!!!

Perfect for Large Gatherings

We hosted my husbands 40th birthday party here, and this house was perfect. The location allowed us to walk to the beach and bars. The pool is spectacular. We highly recommend this spot!

Thank you to Ryan and Erika for responding with help when needed. Rincon was exceptional and the house was equipped to entertain! The rooftop and pool were absolutely the highlights as well as the decks and hammocks. Our family of 17 had space to spread out and space to come together to play games, create memories and relax! 50th Birthday Celebration!

If you are reading this review because you are looking for a house that can accommodate a large group of people, this is the one! I reserved this house for my 50th Birthday and if the pictures that you are seeing look beautiful, that’s because it is! This house surpassed mine and my guests' expectations and we all had an awesome time here! There were 24 of us and we all had our own areas and me being the birthday girl got the Royal Palm unit. The master bedroom was amazing and the view from the balcony even more! There are many common areas to get together in, everyone’s favorite was the pool area and roof top! This is a big house, and all the areas were very nice and clean! Cleanness is very important to me so again my guests and I were extremely happy. The beds, mine and by what I was told by others, were great, soft with crisp clean sheets! The best part is that the host Ryan is extremely attentive to any questions you have, he will quickly get back to you. From day one he was fast to respond to any questions I had. So, to anyone considering reserving this home for their next event or family get together, I wish you all a beautiful memorable time as you will not be disappointed!

Everything was great. The house was beautiful, clean and in a great location. A few min away from Sandy beach or a short drive to a lot of different beaches. Also it's close to some restaurants/bars. I would definitely recommend staying at Casa D'Palma.

Better than the pics!

This house is absolutely gorgeous and HUGE! We were in Rincon for a large family reunion. The grounds were beautiful, the pool was very large, and the master was enormous. Very clean, crisp linens and comfortable beds. Spent a lot of time at the Big Kahuna bar, and ate at several of the walkable restaurants. Beach was close, clean, and not crowded. Snorkeled almost every morning at the reserve not too far away. Each suite had their own fridge which was great for all of our beverages (hello medallas)! Individual rooms lent privacy and open spaces allowed our big family to gather together and enjoy each others company. The nighttime sounds were peaceful and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony until we fell asleep. Ample parking for all of our cars. Only issue we experienced was the trash cans were full when we got there and weren’t picked up for several days. This could have been due to the holiday weekend however. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Spring break 2022 with 10 graduating seniors and four moms… Fabulous week

This place is even better in person! The layout was perfect for our group. It was just walks to the beach the locals are fabulous and the dining and entertainment options were more than we expected. Highly recommend!
