«Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence.»

«The apartment is ideally located near Ponte Vecchio. We were minutes away from most museums, restaurants, bridges and the river Arno. The apartment was spacious, well equipped and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at this property.»

«We could not get the ac working properly in the bedrooms the 1 st night my wife had to sleep on the couch in the living room were the ac was ice cold the 2 nd night was fine with the ac 15-20 minute walk to the main square.and shopping The apartment was really nice and clean on the street level could be a little loud from outside if the windows are open just keep it closed.»

«Un lugar muy lindo para quedarse. El departamento excelente y el aire acondicionado fue nuestra salvación para poder regresar a un lugar fresco después de estar todo el día a 37ºC. A parte de eso, está muy bien ubicado y es muy fácil tanto poder llegar al lugar como para poder visitar Florencia. La comunicación siempre fue buena y clara así que nuestra estancia estuvo excelente! Lo recomiendo muchísimo!»

«We knew that there was no elevator but it was not stated that we had 5 flights of stairs (the heat did not help). The WiFi did not work properly and when we asked we were told that it must not be working right now, showers were either extremely cold or extremely hot with no in-between, the refrigerator beeped and water had a bad taste. The loft bedroom was in one of the bedrooms and the A/C did not do much to cool the apt. Three bathrooms were nice to have and the IKEA furniture made it look ...

«I really enjoyed my stay at this property. I really liked that every single room was spotless, super clean. The bathrooms were intact. The check in process was very smooth, the concierge was already waiting for us when we got there. Very good communication. Very family-friendly. «Property was good, and reasonably close to main tourist area. Hot water was a bit of an issue (a few cold showers were had) and laundry machine was broken upon arrival. Was able to find laundromat nearby.»
