I paid over 200 euro per night but I get a room with no view. They could give me a room with view and it would be the same for hotel because 80% of rooms were empty. Personal were friendly The location is good No warm in bathroom floor (cold , unpleasant) Too much money for this

Bra hotell med noen små feilskjær
Flott hotell med bra service og standard, men noen små feilskjær trekker litt ned. Prisen er relativt høy, litt variabel service under frokostservering. SPA trekker opp. Takterrassen med bar og restaurant er bra, men dyr. Det er mange alternativer som gir mer for pengene. Tilbudet om transport fra flyplassen til 47 euro er lattelig høyt, når en taxi koster 12-14 euro. Vi benyttet ikke dette tilbudet, så jeg vet ikke hva slags bil dette ville vært.

OK 5 stjerners hotell, men spis ikke der.
Flott hotell meget sentralt i Riga . Rom med god plass ( vi ble faktisk oppgradert til junior suite). God frokost,men ikke den aller beste vi har opplevd på 5 stjerners hotell. Hotellet har swimmingpool. Den så flott ut,men vi benyttet den ikke . Vi spiste middag på restauranten i toppetasjen. Det var ingen god opplevelse. Min kones biff var helt rå, selv om hun hadde bestilt medium. Den andre retten var heller ikke førsteklasses. Vi klagde og fikk en knøttliten is som faktisk lå i et "isbad" som kompensasjon. Konklusjon : OK hotell,men stå over restauranten i toppetasjen.

This beautiful hotel was probably the nicest place I’ve ever had the opportunity to stay at. It was an unexpected joy. The staff was impeccable, the room was spacious and well appointed. The heated bathroom floors were a lovely discovery. I have never seen a breakfast buffet so expansive and inclusive. You also have the option to order from the menu as they have a chef there preparing omelettes, pancakes, etc. Excellent espresso drinks as well. We dined at the restaurant upstairs and the food was so good. I had the lobster and my partner had the strip loin steak (on the recommendation of the waiter) and everything was perfectly cooked. They had mock-tails and NA sparkling wine which we appreciated since neither of us drink alcohol. The desserts were a work of art. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely be back not only for this hotel, but for Riga as well.

Fine grand hotel style with good sized rooms and bathrooms. Staff helpful and friendly. Lobby bar a disappointment as feels more of a lobby than a bar space. Rooftop bar produced excellent cocktails but seems keener to be set up as a restaurant- bar seating options minimal. Excellent pool and spa

I loved this hotel. The hotel is stylishly elegant and is only walking distance from all the major sights in Riga. The room was beautifully apportioned and very comfortable. The breakfast option was a mixture of buffet and a la carte and was a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.
