«I had a wonderful time staying at the Omni! The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent! Parking wasn't bad. Very crowded but the parking deck is big so not too much of an issue. I stayed here with a friend of mine for a convention that was happening near the area. I am definitely looking forward to next year!»

«The staff was exceptional, great hospitality! The room had several minor issues, shower door didn’t stay closed, vanity was missing a leg, power bank on one side of the bed didn’t work, a random ballon was on the ceiling(granted we didn’t notice it one of the staff did while trying to get the power bank to work) bar and restaurant was out of multiple items.»

«The hotel was not what I expected. It was not in a great area of Richmond with no drugstore or coffeeshops (that we found) around the hotel..everything we wanted to see was a cab ride ($20) away. The room was large but not any hooks in the bathroom except in the shower! And water went all over the floor while showering. BUT we loved Richmond and will be back. Just not at the Quirk.»

«Hotellet var meget bra og rent, hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening både i resepsjon og frokostrom. Minus var ingen forretninger på flere mils avstand, bare 7-eleven og drugstore. Måtte bruke taxi hvis man skulle handle noe annet. Mange gode restauranter veldig nær hotellet. Ellers lite å gjøre i lokalområdet. 3-dobling av priser under sykkel-VM var vel drøyt. Normal-priser x 2 ville vært mer akseptabelt.»

«We were there for 6 nights our beds were never changed there was blood splatter on the bathroom wall, rust all in the shower. Trash was only taken out once and no liners in trash cans. We had to go to customer service 4 times to get our own towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. Room was never vacuumed or swept the sink was dirty when we arrived and there was hair all over the floor. Only one elevator worked and the parking garage leaked all over when it rained. «We were disappointed that there was not sufficient towels or wash cloth when we arrived in the room. Also, no soap to shower. One large bottle of lotion by the sink which I have never seen in any of your hotels, instead of a bottle of soap to wash your hands. That should be changed because future guys will automatically think that is soap to wash their hands, since it sits right by the sink. Madness. «My flight got cancelled so i had to book a room for a night. The pictures online make it seem so updated and modern. So I reserved this hotel. In reality, the hotel is old and outdated. «Jeffrey was the best host. This is a beautiful property which is obviously lovingly maintained. The building is so pretty and has multiple sitting areas outside of your room (which was also great). I have dietary restrictions and Jeffrey and others made sure to have snacks for me to enjoy during the wonderful nightly happy hours and delicious options for breakfast. This area was also fun to explore and Jeffrey gave us very good pointers on where to go.»
