«Lekkasje radiator, fikk væske på bag. Tørka opp og alt var greit. Varslet hotellet. De ville gjerne gi meg drikke/ mat for dette. Sa det var greit for meg. Pluss litt edderkopp nett i taket. Men ikke noe som plaget oss. Veldig koselig service i front desk. Fornøyd med hotellrommet. »

«Perfect location, our room had a view over the river and the city, parking in private hotel garage. Easy to find. Lots of restaurants and cafes around the river on both sides, Sainsbury's 2 min from the hotel. 10 min walk to the Shambles. Nice staff. The only bad thing is the very hard beds and an outdated bathroom with only one soap for hair and body combined. No aircondition. But big spacious rooms. The hotel also had a lift.»

«This is a very cozy hotel in the heart of York, with very short walking distance from the city center. It was very convenient with their gated car park. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast is very good with a good selection of hot and cold food. The room was nice and clean, with a good bed. We will stay at this hotel again.»

«This hotel & Spa is absolutely amazing, the staff were so attentive to our needs, I had booked this hotel for a treat for my family which they so enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and the food is cooked from the best quality, yes, the spa is not huge when you compare this to other spa facilities but this gives this hotel spa the advantage of giving you space to enjoy the spa experience, would I travel to this hotel again, most definitely, worth every penny.»
