«Great vibe, location and food! Personell were a bit varied in quality when it comes to service... some went above and beyond, whereas some didn't have all the antennas on re expectations from guests... but the ones who did made up for those who didn't 😊»

«I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly
Hello,
I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online.
In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess
was rude and dismissive.

«I didn’t know I had to go to one location to check into another location. This was especially hard as the two locations were not within walking distance and I had to call a second Uber to navigate this. Then breakfast, included as in a third location also not easy to walk to due to no sidewalks on a major road and about 15 minutes away.»

«Overall, I enjoyed my stay at New Paltz Way! The property is beautiful, aesthetic, and calming. I actually plan to create content highlighting my experience.
Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and after a 1.5-hour drive, I arrived around 8:30 PM. Because of my late arrival, I felt I missed out on a proper introduction to the property and don’t recall checkout time mentioned .
My biggest disappointment, however, was the lack of communication surrounding checkout. Apparently, the checkout ...

«One female receptionist on duty spoiled our initial experience to the point of no return. We called ahead for early check in availability and were told that it would cost $50 per hour. We said we'd drive up and see what time we got there. We were there at ~ 1:45 pm. I asked what time we could check in and without even checking the availability she told me abruptly " Check in is at 3:00pm.!" I checked online, there were 7 identical rooms to mine vacant. Continental breakfast.....The ...
