«We loved our stay at Grand Palladium, the rooms are recently renovated and the food variety is quite good, but why really made the trip amazing was the quality of the service, especially our personal butler Juan Jalpay. He went above and beyond to fulfill every single request.
We will definitely come back. »

«I can’t say enough great things about this resort. Rafael was our butler and he took great care of us. He booked our dinners at the restaurants every night of our stay and sent me our daily itinerary every morning. The resort is quite big with lots of restaurants and beachfront. We stayed at the Family Select area and had access to all the other areas. This was my first time to DR and will definitely come back. I don’t know if I want to go to another resort after staying at this one. »
