«Our stay at Eden Lodge was horrible and the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. There was no power on in hotel as the generator is only turned on at 6.00pm and the staff were using a torch to try and find our booking.
We booked and paid 6 weeks before our stay but the reception had no record of our booking and payment when we tried to book in. Our booking details and payment were only confirmed the next morning.
The trainee receptionist was clueless and had a serious case of body odour. Her ...

«The staff was so friendly and thoughtful. They went out of their way to make sure our anniversary was incredible. The owners even can and had dinner with us the night we arrived. Ngasha was an incredible hostess/bartender, chef Kevin was amazing in the presentation and quality and taste of food, Fortune our guide was incredible and very intelligent and resourceful. Victor was excellent too. »

«It is a nice hotel, but it needs some upgrades. Rooms are a bit old. Had some wierd experiences that you would not expect at a 5 star hotel, e.g. driver was not at the airport as booked (he came late after we already left), and we had to pay 1USD per page to print (!) our flight tickets. Only one restaurant open, very good food. Nice ladies at the spa!»

«The lodge had a very nice location close to a waterhole that many animals visited to drink and even close to Victoria Falls centre . The feeding daily of the birds was also nice. The service level at the hotel was low and it seemed very unorganized in all bars and resturants. The price level was high compared to the area . Rooms were fine and clean.»

10/10 Utmerket
Strålende dager hos Insika! Store fine rom. Rent. Hyggelig omgivelser. Deilig frokost og god middag. Basseng med solstoler. Hotellet fikset guidet tur til Victoria Falls og transport til og fra flyplassen. Bra/kort beliggenhet til elven med båttur og middag. Anbefales!
