«This is our second time staying at this property. It is so comfortable, and feels like home. The kitchen and bathrooms are well appointed. The couches and bed are very comfortable. The backyard is very cute and kids would love jumping on the enclosed trampoline. Sharalee is very responsive to any questions that might arrise. Wonderful home away from home!»

«Beautiful apartment on a mountain above the very charming town of Downieville : ) Note: it's a very steep drive up to the house (and a very challenging walk!!!) so good to be aware of that - i.e. it's not within "strolling distance" of town, though technically not so far away! Absolutely lovely location though...waling up to a view of the pine-covered mountain directly oppsite is Just Amazing <3»

«This tiny home was so cute! Our two kids slept on the air mattress downstairs, and my husband and I had plenty of space in the loft. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the loft are very steep, so would not be a good choice if you have limited mobility on stairs. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the downtown, which was full of cute shops and restaurants. This was a great home base for exploring Gold Country. We really enjoyed ...
