«Perfect price for an amazing private cabin getaway. Close enough to lakes and things to do but far enough away for the quiet relation we wanted. Would definitely stay again if we return! Enjoyed. Nice fire at night. Never even turned the tv on. Only used the WiFi to plan our day but worked well. Nice cozy relaxing weekend! »

«Place was very clean, cozy and unique. Location was perfect and walking distance to everything that you need; Night life, restaurants and shopping. Lots of board games to entertain w a group. Could use coat rack for fall/winter stay. Only mirror was a bathroom mirror and no end tables to set anything on. Beds and couches were very comfortable. Loved this place and would love to come back in the summer. Little creepy that the doors could be see through with all the lights on from the outside. »

«Everything was excellent. All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas as listed. Fireplace in main living area not working yet. Owner did work with us and should have it repaired later in January. The kids had a great time! Loved the bunk bed room, air hockey table, hot tub, able to sled down the hill in front yard. Saw lots of deer out back every morning. Everything was clean. Had all the dishes, supplies needed to make a few meals. Large open living space on main floor which was great for ...

«Wagon was much bigger than we thought. Everything was very neat and clean and we had a great time making S'mores! Highly recommended! Fires by the fire pit were amazing! Very peaceful getaway and many "dog friendly" places in the area. The town of Penn Yan was a treat too. Communications with the host were a breeze. Enjoy! »
