Yes it’s off the grid, it’s solar powered by generator and the house outlets and switches should turn on once the main generator is turned on. «We arrived later than expected due to some mechanical issues, but the instructions and directions were super easy to follow and find. The lift unit was super clean, had a newer AC unit( which was important as it was a 90 July day). The bed mattress was super comfortable and we sleep very well. the unit is fully stocked with platters and glassware, as well as pots and pans.
