«The house was very nice inside. The neighboring houses are condemned. Getting a trailer in and out of the drive was a challenge as the drive is narrow and the train bridge obstructs view of the road. The property is located next to train tracks and trains entering the tunnel sound the horn at all hours. The trains are loud coal trains that run frequently. «We arrived 30 minutes after check-in with no instructions to check-in. This property is managed by Evolve and they are not responsive. My first contact with them was to extend our stay by one night. I had to message numerous times with zero response. I was finally able to find a # for Evolve, once I contacted them it took a week to get a response.The day of our check-in, I never received any information on how to check-in, no code was provided. «We had an excellent time riding the trails house was just as listed and price was very reasonable. The garage was awesome to lock your machine up in. Location is good you can join several diff trials very close to house-and from there the skys the limit. You can even hit other systems if you run the road a little. «Excellent property. As advertised. Was a short drive to the HMT trailhead. Very friendly town. The previous mayor of Mullens actually found us looking for the property, made some calls and led us to the property. We even had a large buck that would come graze in the front yard after dark while we sat on the porch and relaxed. We would highly recommend this listing if you are planning on a trip to Mullens.»
