«No elevator for second floor as stairs are are not desirable when carrying suitcases etc»

«They gave us a room with a cardboard up window, the air was not working either. It seemed very odd to is that they’d give us that room instead of other empty ones… We asked to change rooms and they agreed. But why give us that janky room in the first place?»

«Coffee and breakfast areas were very well appointed and stocked.»

«Staff was vey nice and kind.Room was great, we slept well.»

«From what I found, this is the only hotel in Marshfield with both a pool and hot tub. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were awesome, although the bubbles didn't seem to work. There was also a sauna, but we did not use it. The terrace also included a sitting area with a stone fire. While we would have preferred it be open even later, the pool was at least open until 10. «We stated two nights in October. I had called to see about adjoining rooms or at least in same floor, well, we were originally in different floors, they never checked or read my requests very discouraged. Air conditioning didn’t work, they had to reset it but still didn’t work. We hadn’t even checked out yet, and the cleaning man was in our room when husband came out of bathroom. Only 9;00 am. Pool was down»

«Building is a little run down.»

«This is an older building, keys not keycards. It had a full size kitchenette refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, sink and booth table in a room separate from beds. ( I think it had a stove as well) Beds were on the soft side. Tv was smaller. Single floor, no stairs, park directly outside your room. It’s not Four Seasons but it’s clean, convenient, close to Kwik Trip and cheap. We just needed a place to clean up and sleep before an early morning race and this filled our needs nicely.»

«Budget friendly»

«Quiet. Clean.»

«Room floor was very dirty, turning the bottoms of my feet black with only minutes of walking in the room. Bathroom had no fan and was very rusty. The whole room had an awful smell from something cooked in the room previously. Could hear guests in other rooms very easily, AC unit let in water when raining.»

«Excellent place to stay the night before Sand Valley»

«Beautiful little house on the lake. It worked perfectly for our stay and we will stay here again if available. Host had check in details sent plenty ahead of arrival and was easy to get ahold of.»
