«Air conditioning didn't keep upstairs cool. Air conditioner in queen size bedroom didn't seem to be working. Tried to open windows, but didn't have screens on some of the windows. Upstairs smelled like urine. Registered for 6 guests, but only had 5 bath towels. Listing stated shampoo and soap supplied - had 1 small "hotel size" shampoo. Had to buy toilet paper as only a couple of rolls were supplied. »
