«The staff are all caring and professional. I had need of nothing.»

«I booked this hotel for my family, and they really enjoyed their stay! They loved the beautiful hotel and views, and they had a lot of fun at the mini water parks. The only downside was the poor phone connection and the Wi-Fi not working. They reported the Wi-Fi issue three times and were told someone would come fix it, but unfortunately, it still wasn’t working when they checked out. Overall, my family had a great time and enjoyed their stay!»

«The resort was too worn out and smelly room. Food was not good.»

«The hotel is standard, location is good but so much noise from the street , I had to leave early , to move to another hotel .»

«Comfortable glamping with great view. Clean and comfortable. »

«Super entspannter Ort. Herzlichen Dank!»

On my last day, they suddenly gave me a menu and said I could pick something if I didn't like what was available. I was there for four days and never got that option before. I guess it was their last attempt to fix things, but it was too little, too late.»

«First: Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast. But 1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing 2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door. 3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later. 4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last ...
