« This place was great. 5 star rating, for sure. A few very minor downsides, but they do not detract from the rating. No colander for straining pasta. No vegetable peeler. Not an ideal place to sit and enjoy time with friends/family; outside was the best, but weather dependent, kitchen table, or a sofa in the TV room that felt like it had some broken springs. «This is a beautiful historic house with lots of charm. The unit has so much space: all the rooms are very generous, including the bathrooms. Although we are not usually downtown people we enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants (Anna's Greek - highly recommend & Hilligan's - we don't recommend!) and the street noises were not bothersome. «The apartment was clean and nice! There were plenty of dishes and a well-stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. Check in was easy. Location is convenient. It was quiet for us. No extra soaps or shampoos though. The host doesn’t actually communicate with you like a real person, it was more automatic robotic communications. Also the washer was full of old water and I did not know how to drain it out. Overall we had a great stay! »

«The house was perfect for our needs. We stayed in the area to do a day trip to Nashville and to visit Mammoth Cave. Both days were great and easy to get to from the house. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and well maintained. »

I placed sheets and blankets over all fur iture and bed where dogs stayed but corners had urine from cat or dog and near windows since our dogs were diisturbed by the odors.
