«Super family friendly, and staff was phenomenal! Balcony was a plus!»

«I've stayed at the Abby several times and over all have enjoyed the experience. With these exceptions, the beds are the most uncomfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed. Also as an older traveler I find the shower accommodations difficult to manuver. Stepping over a tub into a shower that has glass doors and no grab bars, or floor mat is frightening. I nearly slipped stepping in.»

«Everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay»

«Location, location, location! Waking up to the sweeping views of Lake Geneva is simply spectacular. The interiors have a warm, rustic charm, with natural wood furnishings and an understated, outdoorsy feel that perfectly suits the lake-country setting. Comfortable, inviting, and just steps from downtown—Harbor Shores really captures the relaxed spirit of Lake Geneva.»

«We liked it all!!! Will definitely stay again n you walk around the corner n walk 2 blocks you are looking at a Starbucks on the right n to the left is shopping n food You are surrounded by water no matter where you walk!!! Love Love Love the whole area!!!!»

«Everything about this place was perfect, except for the stairs and area outside the rooms which was a bit smelly and worn out. Very friendly and helpful staff. »

«Everything about the resort was beautiful! Well maintained! Clean! Absolutely wonderful stay. We would do it again in a heartbeat! Thank you for a wonderful getaway!»

«Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på 3 dager i strålende sol og varme, i begynnelsen av oktober. Hotellet var helt topp med perfekt beliggenhet like i sjøkanten. God service og rent og velholdt, selv om høysesongen var over. Rommene inneholdt alt vi trengte (stue, kjøkken, soverom og bad), og frokost ble servert i en kurv utenfor døren om morgenen. Vi drar gjerne tilbake hit!»

«We had a great view of the lake.»

«Hot tub was a little nasty and needed cleaning.»

«Clean room, helpful, nice staff.»

«Nice big room and comfy king. Room was clean but needed minor maintenance like paint touch up. I would stay again as good value during week.»

«Room was very clean. Nice breakfast variety. Plenty of parking. Staff was pleasant. My only complaint was we had a handicapped shower and the water would go out onto the floor . Had to put towels down to help stop the water from escaping. We are not handicapped. Overall excellent. Would stay there again.»
