«It was an ok stay. We booked online via hotels.com. Didn't get the type of room we booked because it was sold out, and the receptionist didn't have time to Call us in advance.One of us had to stay in the sofa bed. The service in the reception was under mediocre.Room was a good size. Found hair on bathroom floor.»

«Seems like a nice new hotel but we had several issues--minor things like loose tiles in the entry hitting the bottom of the door to a major issue of never actually getting a key that worked after 4 trips back to the front desk. We ended up giving up and since we were there basically just to sleep we just had someone stay in the room at all times to let others in. «I had a very bad experience with expedia my reservation was canceled 20 min before check in and was no help was so disappointed had to book something close by it was my son's graduation surprise but when I checked in this other place the owners went beyond to make our stay great friendly gave us a free boat ride was an amazing experience made something bad turn into an amazing experience thank you forever grateful the nicest sweetest people and an awesome place to stay»

«Property was terrible with dirty linens pillows blood trained sheets we did not stay walked out let them know how bad it was and the guy who was checking our complaints peeped is pants right in front of us. Also mold in the window an other places discussed why would you book anyone in this dirt filled property»

«It was ok. Convenient because it was right by the highway. Pool was closed for maintenance at this time. I personally don’t like hotel rooms with vinyl floors. The floor is always so dirty and that was the case here too. Kitchen is available but there is no dishes or silverware or pots so totally useless.»

«The Cowboy Hat House was quirky and kitschy in the very best way! The decor was extraordinarily well-thought out and executed, and the amenities were practically everything you would have at home, to include items for children. »

«While we had a tad issue with checking in, I was able to reach someone within 2 minutes and it was resolved. Melissa helped us quickly and was so sweet! The studio is super cute (newly being renovated), very clean and amazing location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect for a weekend visiting SHSU!! We would stay here again!»

«My expectations were not high, a cabin in Huntsville, however I did not expect an old RV wrapped in old pieces of wood to look as a cabin. Cabin 2 had not switch for the bed area so no lights has to use phone. The shower was micro, water was really hot, that was a plus. It wasn't terrible, but if I realized it was an old RV I would not have chose it. Also, no fault to owners, weather was bad with rain so I had to walk about 100 yards through the field (path was mowed) to car barefoot so my ...
