«Arrived at night. Reception is unmanned. Note on door that said keybox code should've been mailed out night before, and a phone number to call if there were any problems. Mail not received. Owner didnt answer phone. Had to sleep in my car through the first night. Next morning, owner still not picking up phone. Had to contact Hotels.com, who managed to get the situation sorted, and obtain the key code. Stayed for several nights, and made more attempts to contact owner. Never returned my calls, ...

«We stayed for a night in November. Staff at reception was not anyhow nice and welcoming. The room we had was spacious, relatively clean, but windows had only one layer of glass which made the traffic noise really bad for sleeping. Heater did not work and it was really cold. All in all, we would not come back.»
