«The host sent me very limited access information in Spanish. That was the beginning of the difficulties. He never provided an access code for the house. After trying multiple times to get in contact with the host, I had to call VRBO and ended up spending nearly an hour on hold. The host then had a translator call me and inform me that the house had no furniture in it and had water problems. I never got a reason for why I wasnt not informed long before I needed to check in.VRBO customer service ...

«Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.»

I left salt and pepper for the next guest bc there was NOTHING… not even paper towels. If you want anything go buy it bc they do not offer anything…. «Positives: Location was GREAT. It’s right by the LYNX blue line light rail and not far from Amtrak station. The property was clean and gave Boho modern chic vibes. The property staff were pleasant and accommodating while in the building during business hours. Good for short stays. Negatives: checking in was HORRIBLE! I’m happy I caught the staff before 5pm because I struggled to complete the pre-check in and the check in on the lobby Kiosk. You’ll be chatting with a bot if you need assistance ...
