«Felt like home; like a local. Stayed here before and after hiking the O Circuit. The host was fast responding to inquiries. They stored our excess luggage for one week while we were hiking, and let us leave the luggage and packs on checkout for a few hours so we could enjoy the town a few more hours on foot. «I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. »

«The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor. «Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. We stayed 4 days, the place was never cleaned. I had to take out the trash myself and find the maid to for toilet paper.»

«A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? "The hotel is beautifully located by the water. Very friendly and helpful staff in the reception. Large common areas. The breakfast is very good, a great selection of food and omelets to order as well. I do wish though, that in this area where early start of excursions are common, that they could offer a simple breakfast to go. Instead they try to sell you a box lunch. Our first room was on the second floor and had only a very small part of the window to open, so the room was a little stuffy. Ask for rooms higher up. Our second stay was in a room on the fourth floor, and was more comfortable with better possibility to open the window. "
