«Property is very clean. They had very nice plush bath towels. Nice. Very nicely located between Utica and Rome. Just be aware that this on the second floor. It's advertised as such but I missed that in the ad. We usually get first floor because my husband has mobility issues and has trouble with stairs. We had one issue with the television (it was guest problem), we contacted the host and he IMMEDIATELY responded and talked us through. Very happy with our stay and with our host.»

Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. »

«TV didn't work when told staff he just shrugged his shoulders. The sign says free wifi but there was no wifi. My room smelt moist and moldy. Pet fee was excessive and they taxed me 2 times instead of taxing me for my pet fee and room together they made me paying $7 dollars in taxes on $35 pet fee which I dont think is legal»

«The fire alarm went off just after 6am. The audio system asked for everyone to "Not use the Elevators, and please Exit the building." The alarm was going off for about 5 minutes, but by the time we got to the Lobby, the alarm stopped. On our way to the lobby, there were zero staff members directing people where to go. Yet, there were people in wheelchairs and elderly people not sure on what to do or where to go. By the time we got to the lobby, people were wandering aimlessly, and the alarm ...

«Staff was great! Our room had a walk in shower. The water from the shower went all over the bathroom floor. Either poor design, shower curtain too short or what?? The fridge is placed in a hard to axcess cabinet. Guests should be warned NOT to open the door from the top where it is designed to be opened as you will injure your hand. Fire pit did not work!»
