«The location was great as our son is at SUNY Polytechnic. The drive to campus, and other locations in Utica, were all about (10) minutes from everything. The space is comfortable for no more than two people. Michael, the host, was easy to communicate with via the VRBO app or email. The floor of the shower was a little "squishy". Otherwise, it worked for the two day visit to the area. Thanks!»

«The property was nice n clean. But check in was difficult. We were in t property around 4:30pm on a hurry to check in n change for a wedding, but it came out we couldn’t get in , cause t host forgot we r coming n didn’t prepare t place. Other than that problem it was quite good n well maintained place.»

«I only wish we knew about this location sooner! We used this for graduation weekend at Hamilton and if we had known sooner, we would have stayed here for every visit up to the area! The space was perfectly suited -- nicely decorated, clean, had everything we needed, etc. Highly recommend!»

«This is a wonderful place to stay! The back yard is beautiful and the suite was extremely clean and stocked with eco friendly products and snacks. The only suggestion I would make is for the host to add a toaster oven. Besides that I was was extremely impressed and would definitely stay here again.»
