«The girl at counter initially helpful- one employee down- so she had too Much to do- graduation weekend- chaos- our room was not acceptable- ac malfunctioning, no other room available - banking like crazy - girl couldn’t help - overwhelmed With customers. The breakfast bar was*spotless*, and the gentleman there worked non-stop to help the guests. The staff throughout this facility was kind and super courteous. Nice to see these days!!!»
