«I’ve been staying here for years ,since it was a Holiday Inn, so I’ve seen this place deteriorate. Got a room with a particularly bad mattress and there was a leak causing a very wet area at the side of the bed. The place used to be great but it’s quickly deteriorating with no apparent care to fix it up . It’s sad to see . Parking lot needs repair. ALL CARPETS NEED STEAM CLEANING !!!! Desperately! Truth be told , the only way to save this place is to close it down and completely redo it . ...

«Quiet location, reasonable price. The room was in a bit of a poor condition though. Worn down furniture, cracks and dents all over. The shower head-hose was coming off the wall - and the tub was not possible to use because the plug wasn’t functioning. »

«The hotel was excellent, great complimentary breakfast. The only really negative thing was that the rooms are not soundproof at all. We spent 6 nights at this hotel, and 3 nights we heard people walking in the room above us, it actually woke us up, that is how poor the insulation between the floors are. This is probably a showstopper for us going back to this hotel, unfortunately, since the hotel is actually very nice. Or just book the top floor, and there will not be a problem :)»

«Spacious house with amazing view. Owner was responsive to all needs and questions. Great location outside NYC and the small town of Piermont has a good selection of restaurants (and it’s a short drive to other quaint towns). We appreciated that house had a Christmas tree up for us and enjoyed fire pit by the river after the snow! Our family of 9 adults plus toddler and infant were very comfortable in the house - we loved our time there!»

«Well situated property close to village of Nyack. Our host was friendly and accommodating. Having a parking space is a huge plus in this part of town. The apartment is cozy and fit our group comfortably. Be advised that the rooms do not each contain a queen bed; the listing should be updated to specify that they contain a queen, full, and twin, respectively. »
