«Needs updating. TV in room 143 didn’t work and the room was quite musty. Staff was great tho! They moved me across the hall (I didn’t even have to request) and that room was great! I was able to check-in early with no fee. Bartender Teddy makes the best Palomas! Reasonable price. I would stay there again.»

«We loved our stay in this lovely apartment during our week in Mount Kisco. The well-stocked kitchen had all the essentials we needed (cookware, utensils, foil, paper towels, etc.) as we prepared breakfast and lunch there each day.We visited in January, and although it was cold outside, we were quite comfortable and warm inside.The bedroom was spacious and allowed plenty of room to unpack and settle in. «We could not find location in dark and rain. Only given GPS info and no name of hotel or property. Once we arrived guard at guardhouse could not assist as we could not affirm name. When finally able to track down contact info for the vacation property company that listed the rental they had to share hotel front desk info and that’s when we learned name was Windrose On Hudson. Very stressful situation- enjoyed historical location. Great facility, not so great TV/streaming set-up… cable. »

«This house is massive! I opened a door expecting it to be a garage. It wasn't: it was a huge 5th bedroom! It was clean and we really appreciated that the refrigerator was totally empty (we're so used to having other people's condiments left in fridges). We are so appreciative that he allowed our rotten chihuahua-mix join us. Thank you! The owner was so responsive and flexible and the location was ideal. «This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay.»

«Had a midweek break from the city for two days and wish I could say wife and I would return. Bathroom absolutely disgusting with hairs in shower. Just 2 towels , 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth for 2 people. NO BATHMAT. Asked housekeeping for extra towels and told they were low on supply. SMH....... Saving grace was breakfast service and pool amenities. Weather was on our side. Also, perhaps management can help lifeguard/staff by HAVING A PROPER ENTRANCE TO POOL. «This place was horrible. Room was dirty and smelled musty the moment you stepped in. There was black mold on the ceiling and on the walls. I could not breathe the air and needless to say I was not able to sleep there. I had to immediately seek other accommodations and informed Expedia of the dismal situation. This place should not be on the website! There is nothing good to write about this, it is awful!»

«Property is in total disrepair. Chipped furniture, stained walls and bedding, filthy floors. Outdoor walkways are cracked open and peeling. The hotel system was also down and they could not give us keys and asked that we wait to be let in to the room. Check in was mayhem. Customers were all on their cell phones trying to cancel reservations since nothing could be done at the front desk. Do not stay here.»
