«A property whose best years are clearly behind it. Room cleanliness was ok but there was plenty of remnants around the property from a wedding the night before we arrived (glasses, bottles, etc). Incredibly poor isolation, we could hear the guests in the room above us very easily. Tennis court was lacking a net, I could go on. Does not do the pictures justice.»

«Our stay at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel was a mixture of good and bad experiences. We arrived after 4 PM, the advertised check-in time, only to discover our room wasn’t ready. After finally getting our room, we had an extremely long walk to the elevator. My sister has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and POTS, which make walking long distances difficult. She was already struggling, so this was particularly frustrating. Our biggest complaint was the room temperature. It was 74°F, and we couldn’t adjust ...

«Absolute disaster! Don't stay here. Their AC wasn't working. They only had heat and it was unbearable. The staff, especially Jennifer, refused to do anything or offer alternatives. I'm still waiting for my refund.»

«Ålreit og serviceinnstilt hotell, hvor de la godt til rette for oppholdet.»

«Mae at check in was very helpful and welcoming!»

«Clean and spacious room. Parking is safe and secure. Buffet breakfast had decent options. Only con - Batter for the pancake machine was not refilled to maintain the full duration of breakfast buffet period.»

«Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for Halloween. Breakfast was also great. Only two complaints…pool was freezing and dirty the first night of our stay, and then closed indefinitely. Also several outlets (including the nightstand charging station) in our room did not work.»

«fijne rustige plek, heel schoon en alles wat je nodig hebt op goeie lokatie bij hoofdstraat en loopafstand van trein naar NYC»

«Great location very close to Sleepy Hollow. Very clean and updated. Has everything you need. The bed is a little firm and the couch is a day bed so not real comfortable. The wi-fi could not keep up with streaming a PBS show or a basketball game without freezing. It is in a basement so you could hear the people walking around upstairs. A little pricey. Overall, okay.»

«We’ve stayed at Briarcliff Manor for a wedding. This was a great space for us to come in our teams to have a room to hang out with pool table and a weight room. Had the pleasure of meeting Noah, who was making some last touches to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful views of the Palisades from the second floor would definitely stay again and recommend the bathtub or also a huge plus for me and my middle aged friend to soak after too many drinks and dancing.»

«Ok frokost. Bra parkering. Hyggelig personalet.»

«tv did not work, sinks were clogged. was not happy for the price we paid»

«This hotel fit our exact needs for the weekend. Unfortunately the price for the weekend I stayed was astronomical compared to other typical weekends and not really sure why. The staff at the front desk was fine but not overly friendly. The main areas of the hotel itself were maintained and clean. In my room the mirror light did not work, the handle on the door was not stable and the shower itself made some strange noises. We were only there for one night so not too concerning. But there front ...
