We were in The Rockford section of the main building in a room that was slightly below ground level. Our first issue was that the room had only one chair. «I booked a king suite on Expedia. When i arrived at hotel on the day, they only had double bed rooms available. Jayson was at the desk and was not at all helpful. He said that because i booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) then they don’t save the room type that you book. This was not a last minute booking and it was confirmed but he indicated that it was not confirmed by them. «We’ve stayed at Briarcliff Manor for a wedding. This was a great space for us to come in our teams to have a room to hang out with pool table and a weight room. Had the pleasure of meeting Noah, who was making some last touches to make sure our stay was comfortable. Beautiful views of the Palisades from the second floor would definitely stay again and recommend the bathtub or also a huge plus for me and my middle aged friend to soak after too many drinks and dancing.»

«This is a small cabin located down a slight hill from the owner's house. They did a wonderful job of clearing out trails behind the property throughout the woods, between cabin and the road. The town of Chappaqua is beautiful and located close by, with any amenities you may need. The cabin is modified from an old stone and log structure and had all the basics you will need for a rustic retreat. Joanne was very friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy seeing guests have a pleasant stay.»
