«The room was clean except the toilet seat had sticky stuff on it. It did wash off fine. It was bare bones but worth the cost. It did have a small microwave, mini frig and newer type TV. It was a bit drafty and in the morning I could see light coming from around the door. But the heater kept the room warm. All in all for the price I paid per night was worth it. I would recommend it to someone just looking for a bed and no frills. »

«As budget friendly hotel seekers are well aware, a room at this price point can sometimes leave one's skin crawling, wishing they had spent the extra cash. The Days Inn at Canastota, NY was an overwhelmingly, pleasant surprise. Our room was simple but updated with all white bedding, comfortable pillows and a sparkling clean bathroom. This Inn had a very friendly, helpful staff that made a wonderful restaurant recommendation and was knowledgeable about the area. The location (right off the ...

«I would not stay there if they paid me to! When we arrived the place looked deserted, with a property for lease sign out front. The Ramada sign was not lighted and the lobby looked dark, but the door was unlocked so I went in. When I asked to see the room, I was told "Our rooms are beautiful. We have no complaints." Once I got to the nonsmoking room I had booked, I discovered that the room was either smoked in heavily and/or had mold or mildew. I had a full blown asthma attack. I went back to ...
