«Bright, clean, spacious. Very private but just a few minutes from town, with all its colorful murals, the Arts Cafe, and Springville Arts Center, and super friendly, helpful folks at the Hulbert Library. Excellent communication with host. We loved our stay here.»

«This place was perfect for our needs, and adorable to boot!! Staying in the barn was not only close to my son and daughter-in-law, but it was fun too. We enjoyed the antique furnishings and could even picture the parts of the barn that we were in when it was a barn. Very cool! This indeed is a great place to stay! Thank you!»

«This home was perfect for our weekend event at the fairgrounds. The house is really cute inside with some "old-home" touches that were nice with a fair amount of updates also. I will say that I was only unpleasantly surprised by the number of spider webs and spiders throughout the house...made my daughter a little anxious to sleep. The kitchen also had an issue with ants.Overall the stay was good, I think it just needed a good cleaning of the high spots.»

«We had a wonderful stay in June. Mary was communicative and kind - offering a toddler bed for my 4 year old (which is listed in his favorite parts about our trip) and being flexible when our flight was delayed. You can tell it's a well cared for home and the neighborhood was lovely for early summer walks in addition to being convenient to getting anywhere we wanted to go. We would be happy to stay again on future visits.»

«For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below. It does say ...
