«Had a wonderful stay. One bedroom condo was clean and comfortable.At first arrival there was a slight musty smell, but your at the beach so that should be expected. Turned a/c on and it went away. Tiny kitchen but had all necessary items, dishes, pots & pans and utensils Only downside was the staircase to bedroom, & bathroom. A bit steep and narrow. The best part is the Beach Program. Received a text the night before to set up chairs and umbrellas at the beach for you the next day »

«From the minute I stepped on the property and then went inside, I fell in Love! So tranquil and peaceful, yet you can drive 10 minutes into the heart of it all and experience the reasons East Hampton’s is well known for, and then some! «Everything about our stay was 5 star. The host and his wife greeted us, made us immediately comfortable, and were available when we had questions. The house was clean, well kept, and had all the amenities one needs to be comfortable, and the pool, jacuzzi and grounds were spectacular. «We stayed here for a 3 night weekend getaway for our 10th wedding anniversary. Plenty to explore, pool was open and weather was just gorgeous. Apartment was clean & cute, decor a lil outdated. Only complaint was the queen bed was very uncomfortable and made noise every time you moved.»

«The house was beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed the property and watching the wildlife. The fire pit was great for a group gathering. We didn't cook but the kitchen appeared well stocked. The house was short on paper products. We left a note for the house manager when we left.»

«The property manager was incredibly helpful in providing check-in and check-out information, and was readily available to answer any questions during our stay. «This is a beautiful, comfortable and recently renovated home in a lovely neighborhood. The yard is also very nice, it was too cold for the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating areas. We had a wonderful stay!»

«Property is well kept and clean, pool and hot tub were both in well working condition! Plenty of entertainment for the kids and appreciated the plentiful dishware and cooking utensils for big family meals. Owner of the home was very responsive and answered all of our questions. Only call out is I wish the shipyard playground in the backyard was better maintained. The slide covered in spiderwebs and needed to be cleaned.»

«Our family came to Montauk for a wedding and loved our stay at this VRBO. It was great to have space to be together, but plenty of room for comfortable sleeping. It is as beautiful as the photos - spacious and well-equipped. We loved the outdoor patio and view of the water.»
