«My friends and I had a great summer weekend at this place. The master bedroom is huge and has two very comfortable king-size beds. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but the fans were enough to keep us comfortable. The property is beautiful overall, though the floors weren’t very clean and the refrigerator could have used a better cleaning.»

«This cabin was exactly what I was looking for, a bit rustic but very nice and clean. Amenities nothing flashy. Communicating was very good. I went for back country hiking and this cabin is located in the middle of the Catskill Mountains so I had a great experience. I enjoyed it so much that I am deciding to rent it again.»

«Great spot right by Roxbury. Did some great hiking on the Catskill Rail Trail two minutes from the cabin. We visited the John Burroughs house down the road on Route 30. Cabin was clean and comfortable. We will definitely return!»

«Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. «We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. »

«Beautiful cottage, but major safety and maintenance issuesWhile the interior of this cottage is lovely, our experience was unfortunately defined by significant safety concerns and poor maintenance.The primary issue is the driveway/hill. Despite driving a Toyota RAV4 Woodland Edition with trail tires, the hill was completely impassable due to ice. We slid down several times—even after a plow had passed—and nearly ended up in a ditch.
