«Cute motel! Had updated bathroom. Also, had a kitchen with full refrigerator. Unfortunately, because of the rain we did not get to experience the grill, picnic area and fire pit out back. Location is great if you want to do some heavy duty hiking....lots of hikes/trailheads within 30 minutes of Starlite. Michelle reached out prior to our arrival with very helpful information. «You get what you pay for - cheap, not value. Spent the first 2 hours cleaning because it was barely touched - even dining table and chairs had crumbs and spill stains. The coffee maker was black inside the water compartment. I had to pick up silverware and dish soap from the dollar store because there was only 2 forks and spoons for a place advertised for 6 and no dish soap to clean dishes. I’m confident my cleaning and items I left behind for the next guests will be reimbursed by karma. Oh, ...

«This cabin was exactly what I was looking for, a bit rustic but very nice and clean. Amenities nothing flashy. Communicating was very good. I went for back country hiking and this cabin is located in the middle of the Catskill Mountains so I had a great experience. I enjoyed it so much that I am deciding to rent it again.»

«Last minute booking. Owner was wonderful. Cleaner, very nice. Clean and private location needed for family meeting. Not hard to get to. Relatives from out of the area, found it with ease. The area has very spotty internet connections. Once on cabin internet, it was just fine, in and outside of the cabin.
