The Host was very quick with communication and was actually in town while we were there and came by to show us around. You do need to know that you will lose service about 20 mins from the house, but the host has amazing WIFI and will give you the password before you get there so you can pull up, connect, and message him if need be. «Overall great experience. Very central location. Host lives in building, so is always available. They grow tomato's and cucumbers on the balcony that they invited us to "take as much as you want" My only discomfort with this place was the dust and dirty dishes. The people before us half-washed the things they used and the place seemed like it needed a pass with a vacuum cleaner. The floors were not very clean. In general, I greatly enjoyed my stay here.»

«Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. «We had the best time in Prattvilla. this is our second time and we love it, the villa is spacious and comfortable ,the best amenities from the fire place to the game room with football, pingpong table, airhockey popcorn machine billiard table and the perfect backyard with large hot tub, BBQ and fire pit. the location is close to Hunter for Ski with many dining options. Thank you Gal our host who was always responsive. looking forward coming again next year. »

«We had an excellent stay at Revi‘s cabin.Great communication before, during as well as after our stay. The house was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Very clean and well maintained home. We used the fire pit, kayaks and even went fishing catching several bass. They have paddles and lifejackets provided for the kayaks.
