«Property is shabby overall. Efforts have been made to update kitchen and bathroom vanity, but too little attention to making apartment enjoyable. “Coffee Bar” is a wooden organizer for K-cups and a Keurig, nothing special. Only 1 coffee mug in cabinets. Kitchen table is folding “bridge” table with metal folding chairs. Dishwashing soap was a refill container with no dispenser. Kitchen trash basket was the only one in entire apartment (no waste basket even in bathroom) and lid did not work ...

«A very quiet cul de sac and a babbling brook in the back yard which was absolutely soothing. Street parking was tight but there was a small parking lot available close by. Beds were comfortable (pillows need upgraded though). Kitchen could use a few more plates and bowls. I cooked for 7 people. Towels (rough). A few upgrades and this place would be a five.»

«We loved our stay! The decor is so welcoming and we loved the heated bathroom floor! We were lucky to get snow and a crew came out and shoveled the driveway, front porch and walkway and salted. Sarah was very responsive and the house is well supplied. We hope to come back and use the lake in the summer..»

«The property was old, outdated and a horrible musty smell. There was no hot water in the bathroom. Everything was antiquated, needs to be renovated head to toe. For the price, it was not worth it and overpriced for the amenities. Upon check in we almost turned around and walked out!»
