«We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sparrow" cottage. It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. The entire property at The Ledges was kept up with the utmost of care. Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are. If you want to get away from it all and unwind, this is the place for you!Thank you, Amy and Nick!»

«Most of the house was clean. The outside patio area had a table with chairs that all needed to be wiped down before sitting. The upstairs porches were very dirty. It was disappointing not to be able to sit out there. The showers were very nice . Plenty of towels ,, soap, shampoo. The kitchen had everything we needed. K cups were provided for the kurig. The kids loved playing in the yard. We used the fire pit most nights. The two rooms with the twin beds seemed much larger in the pictures.»
