«Our stay at the Neat and Nifty in Lancaster, NY was great. The apartment was very clean and organized and had a very nice kitchen. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The location for us was perfect. As a matter of fact, I've already booked it for another stay in 2026. Shannon was very nice and made us feel very welcome.»

«This is a very unusual house on a beautiful lot. Initially, we were put off by the limited kitchen equipment, but most of our meals were with family and friends, anyway. The efficiency of the layout and the furnishings were excellent for our needs, and its location made visits and activities easily accessible.»

«After reviewing expedia and google reviews, which were positive overall, a group of friends decided to book rooms here for a weekend away. We fell for the reasonable room rate and the fore mentioned positive reviews. I have no idea who is giving this place an 8?!?! After an inital room change because of conditions, there were still multiple complaints including cigarette and weed smoking that traveled through the hallways and rooms even! Apparently it was renovated in 2021, but is showing some ...

«It would have been a better experience if they paid attention to detail. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely dirty and loud with vibration. The shower head was not functioning properly along with the drain backing up into the shower and dirt stains around every door in the room. It lends itself to unsanitary conditions for the price point. These are quite notable conditions if staff checked the room prior to occupancy. The breakfast array of food was acceptable to enjoy each morning. »
