«Good value for money, but rather basic. Relaxed and quiet atmosphere, located in the middle of nowhere, no shops or restaurants around. You will need a car, we travelled by local bus, hitch hiking and taxi while exploring Tongatapu. The staff is helpful, and may serve lunch and dinner on request; however, expensive! The beach is beautiful, but the lagoon is shallow water only and not suitable for swimming. The swimming pool is OK.»

«Sandra Beach hotell har en flott og god standard til å være på Tonga. Rommene var ok og maten var bra til å være Tonga , Manglet mye på aktiviteter fra Hotellet. Tok en taxi til enden av øyene og det var en flott opplevelse. Ypperlig sted for snorkling på begge sidene av øyen. På den ene siden kan det være noe vind, men mye flott fisk. Anbefales . Trenger ikke ta med snorkleutstyr. Personalet er hyggelig og gjør en god jobb. Ønsker å dra tilbake.»

«We went to the Royal Sunset with 6 of our Tongan young friends who help us at a humanitarian clinic we work in. We are leaving Tonga and wanted to thank them for all they do. «The Matafouna Lodge is amazing. The location is beautiful. The fales were comfortable with a porch, comfortable bed, and glass windows.
