«The property was very clean and pet friendly. We enjoyed our stay.»

«Host was very nice and understanding»

«This is a cute place in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed, a quiet place to stay while visiting family in the area. Very basic kitchen and dining needs. Enough to make easy meals to enjoy while there. It is NOT a five star hotel but we very much enjoyed this cute little place.»

«Loved this home.»

«Awesome place and conveniently located in the villages. Hosts were kind, helpful in making the trip perfect! We will be back!»

«Clean, nicely furnished, and fully equipped for daily living, this home is located in the heart of The Villages. It sits just two blocks from a main road—offering easy access to the multi-use golf cart, bike, and walking trails—and is only two miles from a major shopping strip.»

«Dana is the perfect host for a wonderful home. It was super clean, had every amenity we needed and so spacious. This was the second time we stayed in one of Dana’s properties and we will be back again!»

«Everything was great, check in, rates and the house property. Definitely will be back.»

«The house was clean and easy to get to. All of the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Great communication ahead of time and having a local contact was appreciated but not needed. The checkout info in the book was a little different that what was posted on the cork board.»

«We booked for a week for our family of 7. There was plenty of space with room for more people. We ended up having extra space to have family over for dinner. We were down for our grandparents 75th wedding anniversary, but ended up losing grandpa before the big day. The owner worked with me to book an extra day to stay longer with our family.»

«Great house and host!»

«This property was superb!!! Conveniently located by many shops. The property is extremely well kept and I loved that there were some games there to play for the teens. Also has a golf cart!!! What a plus!!! Very quiet neighborhood!»

«Cleanliness User friendly »

«Checking in was an easy process. It was our first time to the villages. As a guest you can golf the executive course for 13. Really enjoyed that. Also jumping in the golf cart for dinner and bands in the square. Many activities like swimming pickle ball etc. The people are super friendly. As a Flordian it's a great staycation. I recommend everyone should try the Villages at least once. It's a great time. So overall vacation I give it a 10!»

«Jeff is a great host and very responsive. The house was the perfect location to be close to family but have our own place. The golf cart was the perfect addition to get around like Villagers and our littles loved it. Very family friendly with minimalist decor. The pools were close by and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again.»

«It was OK. I can’t give it any more than a two star. There was no microwave. There was no toaster. There was one frying pan small to cook our breakfast in. It was one hand towel in each bathroom and just a few towels in the whole place. There was no washing machine just a dryer to clean this kind of could’ve been a little bit better the refrigerator was dirty. There was leftover food in there that could’ve been thrown out. The workout room consist of a punching bag and a small trampoline which ...
