«The room was really nice and loved the area! My only issue was because we used Expedia the hotel said that they only help with check in but nothing else and I had to contact a different company with a phone number to get house cleaning or anything else. Unless there was a fire then they would assist us. Just felt like they are annoyed you are there without booking with the hotel themselves. The room was nice and the hot tub was perfect!»

«I liked this room, though I had specifically booked room 302 with a hill view and first ended up in a room with a parking lot view. I did get switched to the correct room eventually but not sure why the property didn’t know what room I booked until I showed them. It mattered to me.
Rooms 302 and 304 have south (hill views) and 302 also has a view east, though the dumpster on that side gets used noisily in the early morning or late at night. The courtyard outside seems to be a gathering place ...

«Room was perfect for a quick stay, but it would also be a great place for a longer stay. The full bathroom and mini kitchen made our stay more comfortable! They also had multiple streaming services and even gaming consoles! Located fairly close to the shops and restaurants, making it a quick drive for us to our concert at the Marquis. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit! »

«The staff was great. There was a fire in an accesory building that caused the whole hotel to be evacuated. The staff found and checked with each group and quickly got everyone reassigned to sleep for the night. They worked hard to make sure everone was taken care of and comfortable.»
