«Owner went out of her way to make sure that we were okay with the home after a previous tenant had a fire accident. She brought in another microwave to temporarily replace the damaged one. The home suited our needs just fine. Our only suggestion would be that we needed washcloths for main floor bath (there was only one). There seemed to be a lingering odor of pot in the house that might need to be addressed. Surprising that would be what we smelled instead of the smoke smell from the fire ...

«Let me start by saying that the property manager Tobias was a good communicator. We had our family Christmas reunion here. The 3 units worked out well for our out of town families to stay. This is an old place that still needs repairs here & there but what house over 100 years old doesn’t. I’m sure it was grand in its early days.
