«When I arrived at the middle of the night they lied about not receiving the payment. They wanted me to pay again, but only in cash. When I contacted Hotels.com they apologised and told me that the hotel had told them that we arrived 4 persons, even tho I was alone. I would strongly recommend Hotels.com to remove this hotel from their lists, and to all future customers; Stay away! This is only fraud!»

Anmeldelser av populære hoteller i Stor-Skopje

Limak Skopje Luxury Hotel

8/10 Bra

"Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean rooms, and complementary water every day. What took away the final star from my point of view was the spa. I missed a pool or cold plunge pool at least, Also the steam sauna smelled a bit moldy. The dry sauna was very nice though. Overall I definitively recommend the hotel."

Hotel London B&B

10/10 Utmerket

"The best service I have every received. I was staying one night with my friend from 29.-30. of June and the receptionist was the nicest person I have ever met. Honestly I have travelled a lot and he has so far been the best receptionist, he NEEDS a raise. He helped us call a taxi, helped with Macedonian money, went out of his way to help us with our luggage through the restaurant and out to the street. Now I absolutely believe there are some genuinely good people in this world :)"

Bliss Palace Hotel & Spa

8/10 Bra

"The location of the hotel is excellent — right in the center of Skopje, yet in a quiet area without traffic around the building. It was very convenient for exploring the city on foot. The breakfast was good, although a bit different from a typical traditional European breakfast, which may surprise some guests. Still, there was a decent selection and the quality was good. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever approached. The rooms felt modern, clean, and newly renovated. However, there were a few minor issues worth mentioning, such as broken shower faucets, missing fire escape information in the room, and a lack of handrails in some stair areas. None of these were major problems during our stay, but they are things the hotel should improve."
