«This property was lovely. The studio apartment was the perfect size for 1-2 people and I stayed here for 4 nights total while I was in between houses in the process of moving. «We couldn't find the place for a bit and was unable to connect with the host although I showed 2 missed calls later. The description outline a great location but it was very desolate with dirt yards in front and next to the property. Parking backs up to an alley and it's not in the best area in town. I would not recommend the property to families or female solo travelers. «This is a very cute cottage for a small party of two people. Beyond two people it would be cramped. It is reasonably close to the Point Park beaches and the Canal Park area of Duluth. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied as was the bathroom with linens. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with the following "head's-up's"..
